Crashing onto the Manchester scene back in 2016 with their Stoner Rock vibrations and Psychedelic undertones, Ritual King has made an impressive mark which has led them to where they stand today.
The trio is comprised of Jordan Leppitt (Vocals/ Guitar), Daniel Godwin (Bass Guitar) and Gareth Hodges (Drums & Backing vocals), which started as a few friends making melodies and soon transformed into what we know as Ritual King. Over the years they have launched themselves into the limelight through their energetic performances and multiple sold-out UK and European shows.
Catching the eyes of Californian based music label Ripple Music, they debuted their 2020 album 'Ritual King'. Finding instant success, their albums flew off the shelves which skyrocketed them to new heights globally. They take influence from all areas of the Rock genre and embody true musical talent when on stage, winning the highest praise from their fans with their raw yet progressively smooth music.
Staying true to their passion, the pandemic has not hindered their creativity as they are currently writing and producing their second album. They are enjoying the journey and are excited to share the results with you shortly.
We sat down with them at Brunswick Studios in Ancoats, Manchester as they come together to create their new album. Mind the other bands practising in the background, we were able to have a chat and get some insight into their next steps for the future. Listen below!
