Acidity Charts Submission Terms & Conditions
By submitting your music, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

-
Original Work: All submissions must be original works created by you, the artist or rights-holder, with all necessary rights and permissions for distribution, display, and streaming on Acid Rain platforms. By submitting, you confirm that you hold or have cleared any necessary copyrights, and that your work does not infringe on any third-party rights.
-
Respectful and Inclusive Content: Acid Rain strives to support a diverse and inclusive community. We do not accept any content that promotes or incites hate, discrimination, or prejudice of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is offensive, racist, sexist, misogynistic, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory. Submissions must also be free from violent or illegal content that does not align with our values.
-
Submission Limits & Fair Play:
-
Artists may submit up to two tracks per year to the Acidity Charts, to keep the process fair and inclusive for all participants.
-
Excessive submissions, spam, or attempts to bypass this rule will result in disqualification, and repeat offenders may be fully removed from consideration for future draws and projects.
-
Tracks should align with the theme or vibe specified in each month’s prompt or story. Please review the criteria provided for each month’s theme and consider how your track fits into the curated playlists.
-
Artists are encouraged to provide a short description of how they feel their track relates to the monthly theme.
-
-
Selection Process: Acid Rain reserves the right to determine the final placement of each track and, if necessary, to assign tracks to a different playlist. We will do our best to match your track to the playlist it was submitted for, but flexibility is key as we aim to maintain a cohesive vibe for each collection.
-
Publishing Rights: By submitting your work, you grant Acid Rain a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature your track on our streaming playlists, social media, and promotional materials. All intellectual property rights remain with the artist, and this license is limited solely to the promotion and distribution on Acid Rain platforms.
-
Community Voting: Once featured in a playlist, tracks may be eligible for community voting, as outlined on our platform. This voting process is subject to change, and results do not guarantee any specific placement or awards beyond community recognition and potential inclusion in additional Acid Rain content.
-
Content Standards & Moderation: Acid Rain reserves the right to moderate submissions based on content standards. Tracks found to violate these terms may be disqualified, removed, or redirected to alternate playlists if deemed more suitable.
-
Changes to Terms: Acid Rain reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Any changes will be communicated directly on our platform.
